The Haleakala Sunset infusion pairs beautifully with rum. But this blend is our most versatile. Try it with Vodka, Gin, or Tequila, and don't be afraid to splash a little white wine that's been in the back of your fridge too long. This is a great way to add and blend flavors and it might become one of your favorite home bartending tricks.
The bright citrus blend of pineapple, orange, lemon, and liliko'i are balanced with the smoothness of the coconut to create a perfectly balanced cocktail.
My favorite way to serve (but not the only way)
2 oz Haleakala Sunset Infused Rum
(I like gold rum but white rum or even spiced rum will work beautifully)
Pour over crushed or cubed ice
Top with sparkling water
a squeeze of fresh lemon
Garnish
